Finally, real birthday cake!
Real "pretend" mac & cheese birthday cake!
Kenzie got such a kick out of pretending to make macaroni and cheese in the hospital while she wasn't allowed to eat that I had to create a mac & cheese cake when we got home!
A mom's challenge raising a special needs child that has no genetic diagnosis. This journey started 8 years ago and has brought me to places I had never invisioned. Through the medical community, through the grieving and through the challenges both positive and negative of raising a special kid and her siblings.
